Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Big Tee Auto Repair collects when you contact us or request service, and what we do with it. We keep it plain: we use your information to help you with your vehicle — that's it.

What we collect

When you submit the request form or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Your email address (if you provide one)
  • Vehicle details (year, make, model, location, and the problem you describe)
  • Any other details you choose to include in your message

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, and follow up about your vehicle. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are (city level), your device and browser, and how you arrived at the site. We also record when someone taps a call or text link, or submits a form, so we can tell which pages are actually helping people reach us. That tells us a page is working; it does not tell us who you are.

We may also run Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects aggregate, non-identifying usage data and does not use cookies. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell this data or use it to build a profile of you.

You can block these with most browser privacy settings or an ad blocker, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

How your information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, a form or hosting provider), only as needed to deliver your request to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices
