Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to service requests made to Big Tee Auto Repair. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to the following.

Service area

Big Tee Auto Repair provides mobile and shop-based auto repair in Decatur and the surrounding Metro Atlanta area. Service outside this area is not guaranteed.

Requests and scheduling

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, guarantee availability, or lock in pricing. We review each request and respond with next steps and a time window.

Quotes and pricing

We diagnose first and provide a written quote before any work begins. Final pricing depends on the actual diagnosis, parts, and labor required. Estimates given before inspection are approximate. Published price ranges are for labor and service only; customers normally supply their own parts. Where we source a part on your behalf, it is billed at actual cost and is separate from labor.

Diagnostic fees and the repair credit

Diagnostic work is a billable service and is charged by the hour, from $100 per hour ($150 per hour for electrical diagnosis). It is billed whether or not you proceed with a repair.

On repairs of $300 or more in labor, the diagnostic time is credited toward the repair, provided you approve the repair at that visit. If a part must be ordered, the credit still applies — your approval at that visit is what secures it.

The credit cannot be deferred, banked, or claimed on a later visit. If you do not authorize the repair at that visit, the diagnostic charge is due and payable before the vehicle is released. On repairs below the threshold, the diagnostic is billed separately and is not credited.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless arranged otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Big Tee Auto Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
